Founder of Shon Global Strategies, Debbie Shon is a skilled senior executive with an impressive record of corporate restructurings, commercial management, and successful cross-border foreign divestitures. She is an experienced strategic business and political advisor on market entry, international investment and trade, and legal structures.

A prominent former senior political official, lawyer and community leader, Ms. Shon currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ticketmaster China.

Prior to her affiliation with Ticketmaster, Ms. Shon served as the global strategic advisor to several NYSE-listed US corporations, designing and implementing global expansion strategies and providing advice on political, economic and communications issues. She also advised governments and regional trade organizations, including the Government of Vietnam, the Organization of American States, the Government of Indonesia and the Southern Sudanese National Alliance.

In addition to her trade and commercial work, Ms. Shon was an adjunct law lecturer at the University of Southern California Law School where for ten years she taught courses on international trade policy and international business, and served as an advisor to PhD candidates in the International Relations graduate programs. She also served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles judicial system.

As regional counsel for several Fortune 500 companies and Australian and Asian based companies, Ms. Shon negotiated joint ventures, strategic partnerships and mergers/acquisitions in Bangladesh, Indonesia, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, the People's Republic of China, and the Philippines. She also managed, supervised and reviewed the legal and business counsel of lawyers in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur.

From 1993-1995, Ms. Shon was privileged to serve as the Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Liaison. She reported directly to the US Trade Representative, Ambassador Michael Kantor. In addition to her White House and interagency coordination, Debbie Shon served as the Clinton administration's liaison on trade issues to the business community as well as state and local governments. She was appointed as the WTO and NAFTA State Coordinator, for the implementation of the trade agreements at the state and local levels of government.

Debbie Shon was one of the first female certified NBA agents, and holds numerous awards for her contributions to the legal and political communities.
